Honestly, Google Map has a super deep moat. My bookmarks. Reviews. Those two alone will make the decision to move to Apple Maps super hard. But it's always good to see another player in the web map space....

I've been using the Apple Maps web beta, and I'm really impressed with its performance so far. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the map details are quite accurate. maps is doing amazing things these days with abilities to: - upload personal photos to a listing - add a personal note to a listing - rate a listing thumbs up/down - report mistakes in the listing - take ownership of a listing! apple business connect! now accessible without having to be inside apple ecosystem! i thought this would be an awesome workaround for my Maps uses cases ("research while in active navigation"), but browser access is blocked on iOS. :/ bravo guys.
