Wow! This sounds like a game-changer for customer support services. I love that it's efficient and consistent; in theory, this should eliminate waiting times and offer excellent service round the clock. I'm intrigued to know more about the training of the bot. How does it handle ambiguous or complex questions? And how seamlessly can it upsell and cross-sell intangible products on a website? I'm excited to try this tool!

I've always been a bit hesitant when it comes to integrating new tech tools, but setting up Bodt was refreshingly straightforward. I trained the chatbot using my webpages and a couple of file docs, and to my surprise, it took just about 5 minutes.
