| Bonus: Feel free to ask a burnout-related question in the comments and we'll get you a research-based answer! I've always worked on (and managed) smaller teams, usually two to four ICs. With only a few people, it isn't hard to match the feedback to the author. This often ends means that the less-confident voices β particularly H1-B holders, women, and new hires β self-censor and we only get feedback from, well, 30-year-old white dudes who like to talk. Less-formal feedback channels like this definitely help. In your experience, what are other ways that this skew be avoided (or at least mitigated)?

I like it, I felt it for some time and its a huge pain. However, should it be address by the companies or individually by the employees? What do you guys think?
