Nice idea to build a job portal around calmness. @john200ok I've seen your answer about what you take into consideration when evaluating calmness, and have two followup questions: 1. How do you calculate calmness score? 2. Do you plan to also add a breakdown of how a company ranks on individual properties? It would be nice to see and compare what contributes to a company calmness at an individual level. E.g. for some people workload expectations might be the most important thing to consider while for others it might be flexible working hours. Also (and I realise this is probably on your roadmap for when the number of offers will be higher) it would be nice to have an option to filter job offers. Good job, and congrats on the launch! 🚀

Work-life balance is a must. I believe that the job search process should also be respectful. It's not fair that candidates spend hours searching and applying for jobs, while recruiters only spend a few seconds reviewing their applications.
