This is cool @dharmesh I experimented with GrowthBot back when you released that but it lacked quite many essential things. Now, ChatSpot proves the point of how fast technology is changing and making your dreams from a few years back possible now. Here's an idea: 10+ years ago when I was working as a COO for a web analytics software company, we had a dream that whenever you'd login to your app, it would should you the most critical pieces of information (aka *reducing the need to ask* things). So when logged in, user would be greeted with e.g "There was a significant drop in conversion rate from Paid Campaign Name Here. You might want to check the traffic to find the reason". or "Your Landing Page XYZ is generating 100% more interest from outside your typical market, is this on purpose?" Could this be even taken to the point where you give these prompts as "Settings" and then you would get alerts whenever something like that happens? Anyway, this is a great start. I've been a heavy user for quite many content/copy/plagiarism/etc AI-based tools in my previous life as an agency owner. Happy to see Hubspot implementing AI to a product like this.

Can users create their own custom workflows using natural language, or are workflows pre-defined and limited to specific use cases? How does the CRM handle errors or failures that occur during a workflow, and how does it provide feedback to users to help them troubleshoot issues? Can users switch between natural language and code-based workflows, and if so, how does the system ensure consistency and accuracy across both modes of interaction?
