That's amazing. My friend used to manually do this sort of work as an analyst, with a whole sentiment-analysis product built to support that work. Now AI can do the whole thing :O

Wishing you a successful launch with this great product! It's pretty helpful to gather input from different channels in one place. Being able to define ones own topics and receiving reports to those really improves the monitoring and prioritization of topics and/or issues. Great work - keep it up guys!
