I love this product!!! I can’t imagine using a 3rd party llm in production without going through Credal!!!!!!

Excited to see this here. We've been using Credal for a product we've been working on and it found Ravin and the team super responsive and helpful. Credal is a product that's pretty badly needed in the industry right now. By going through the difficult work of getting agreements in place with the multiple large providers, Credal has created a chain of trust, backed by contracts. In addition to data redaction, Credal is also in a position to provide an abstraction layer between the customer and the llm provider that can best support their needs. With an industry that's changing so quickly , this is very important. Disclosure: Current happy customer but no other affiliation.

How does it work tho? I tried to read the security page on your website but i'm still left with this question: The data will end up chopped and diced on either your server or OpenAI's server where it can be stored, siphoned for meta-data, or passed on to governments / other institutions. Unless you process the data on the users local computer (like Sonos voice AI) it just won't ever be 100% private / secure. Congrats on YC funding tho. Definitely think this is in the right direction. 🚀

Excellent product and team; it helps expedite the use of LLMs in a shielded and customizable way! So much of the emphasis for LLMs have been on coherence and accuracy, but it's great to see teams focusing on a way to implement them safely!
