On certain event occurrences, Darkest-PR automatically evaluates the situation and responds with a fitting quote of ancestor from Darkest Dungeon. Making the development more like a dungeon crawler run, a sensational journey, more alive, more thrilling.
Found this app through a friend, not sure if quoting game characters really adds value or just confuses more, maybe focus on making the dev process better itself rather than just adding fun, else it's just a gimmick what other features do you plan for those working solo

Added a new screenshot from the app, first image in the gallery. An entertaining exchange indeed :D

Darkest-PR is a really interesting concept! It automatically responds to certain events with quotes from the ancestor in Darkest Dungeon, turning the development process into a dungeon-crawling adventure—more alive, thrilling, and sensational. This adds a layer of fun and makes the journey of development feel more vivid. 🎮🕹️

So does it come with a guide to understand the quotes or are we just gonna Google half the stuff it says, anyway might be less about coding and more about playing a guessing game 🚀

This app idea sounds kinda goofy, found it through a random ad, ever think about adding more customization for the quotes or maybe letting users add their own?

Saw this app mentioned on a random forum, honestly the concept feels more gimmicky than useful, it's like someone just threw in quotes to make coding fun but it might get annoying fast, hope there's an option to turn it off

Not sure adding quotes from a game will make coding more fun, feels like a gimmick, maybe focus more on practical features that developers actually need instead of game references

I like the idea of making devs feel like they're in a dungeon crawler! It's like bringing some game magic into coding. Btw, can it be customized with different games' quotes or just Darkest Dungeon? Either way, love the vibe! Keep it up!

Congratulations @skywarth on launching Darkest-PR! This is such an innovative concept that brilliantly merges game design with development processes. The way you're incorporating Darkest Dungeon quotes to reflect various moments in PRs is nothing short of genius. It adds an entirely new dimension to collaborating with teams, turning each pull request into a narrative experience. I can't imagine how much fun it’ll be for developers to gain both motivation and a good laugh (or a good scare!) from the bot's responses. Having that emotional matrix reflected in the comments creates a sense of camaraderie among teammates, almost like battling through a dungeon together. It really feels like you're bringing the essence of roguelike gaming into the realm of coding.
