The new integration of Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook 365 is amazing! It allows us to better save time and efforts on recap all meeting notes and insights. However, I'm just wondering how can Dovetail ensure the accuracy of AI analysis, it will also take time if we have to double check it! Anw, congrats on the launch. You definitely have put great efforts and dedication to this product!

Is this a pivot? Customer feedback is a reasonable use case but what happened to all the tooling for helping UX + research teams? Seems like a pretty big departure from the tool that our research teams used to love 😕

This has been one of the most memorable launches of my career. I am so lucky to work with such a talented group of people in SF and Sydney who truly embody what it means to be customer first. Congrats to everyone involved!

Huge congratulations on launching Dovetail 3.0, Jeremie! 🎉 The addition of Channels is a smart move for staying ahead of customer feedback trends. I’m particularly excited about Ask Dovetail integrating seamlessly with Slack and Teams—it’s going to make accessing insights so much more intuitive. Recruit is a fantastic feature for streamlining participant management, which has always been a pain point. The new calendar integrations and automated analysis tools are going to save our team countless hours, allowing us to focus more on actionable insights rather than data processing.
