Fill your calendar with your drinks (0 drink, 1-2 drinks, 3+ drinks), earn medals by being sober, add friends to share calendars and motivation. Drylendar aim to be a warm and supportive app to help everybody cutting back alcohol.
Cool idea! I have always wondered something about the use case though: what prevents the user from lying on the app for social validation? Is the idea that the user has to consciously stay committed to this routine, or is there a software solution in place?

I’m currently playing with the idea of not drinking for a while and am very likely to quit forever. I also have a few friends who think about that as well Seems like going sober might become trendy soon and your app absolutely nails it: looks great yet is simple and minimalistic, has a social/community component which is key for willpower-related products. Props for not putting any significant features behind the premium paywall, I love buying premium versions but hate it when the app literally forces me to pay because the free version is barely usable - totally not the case here. However, I think getting purchases might turn out troublesome as the subscription is quite pricey (3x compared to my calorie tracking app, 30% more expensive than my todo app), yet, doesn’t give a lot of obvious, desired benefits except for mainly supporting the developer. I’d suggest taking a look at what the premium version can be enhanced/extended with

Congrats on the launch : ) I have a very curious idea, please pardon me if it deters from your original perspective. Why just alcohol? I mean, you can use the same gamification concept for any other addiction as well. A little tweak for the gamification for any addiction can go a long way for someone who wants to come out of their addiction. For starters, I want to cut down on my Tea/Caffeine intake, I can use the app for that purpose as well. It can be done for a sweet tooth, Drug addiction (though it's a little more sensitive issue), etc. The possibilities are endless. Doing this you will be able to gather more eyeballs. A quick question, what is the monetisation strategy? Cheers, and best wishes : )

Something tells me that your potential customers will be in the wrong state of mind to use the app. Anyway - good luck!
