The past few years has changed the way the world shops. The E-commerce and DTC sector has exploded with new creators and businesses. Now there are several tools out there that make creating a website easy today. But what makes a website stand out in the crowd? Your website is the only employee that works 24/7 for you, so how do you make sure it's doing the best job for your business? I wanted a playbook that covers every aspect of setting up an e-commerce website from someone who has personally designed for some of the top e-commerce sites in Asia and the USA. I wanted to get advice from someone that speaks from experience on UX design and ease of usability perspective. @Sona J the writer of this playbook, was a designer at multiple startups and MNCs in diverse sectors. Of course, we do realize that this is an ever-changing platform and there will be additions along the way.
