So this new CRM tool aims to transform the customer journey map into a digital format for DTC brands, but isn't this just another feature-laden software that companies might not have time to fully utilize? Seems like it's trying to be everything at once, might overwhelm the users instead of actually helping them, maybe focus on doing one thing really well instead of trying to cover all bases

When I thought my segments couldn’t get any more fragmented, ECpower would save the day! 😅 Does this mean I’ll finally stop spending 30 minutes figuring out where to send my email campaigns? Asking for a friend… Also, what’s the most unexpected benefit you’ve seen users get from managing segments better?

I like the idea of segment-based CRM but I'm not sure if it'll solve the real issue people are facing, traditional CRMs may be clunky but they offer a depth this seems to skimp on, anyone else worried this oversimplifies things?
