Looks like a great product which can get you awesome Feedback. It's a awesome ressource for getting Ideas for Marketing and Product development. But as ever don't count all for real. Asking for "Our product helps you to find the toilet paper on the toilet by adding some lights to it." i got mostly positive feedback about the product. Thinking now about development :)

I am a bit torn by the concept... On the one hand, I think it has the potential for being a very fast and cost-effective way to receive feedback about your product. On the other hand, it's more like an illusion of feedback, and you're not talking to any real users that are willing tobuy your product. Also, it feels a lot like the feedback the tool provides is to a question like "What do you think about my product". And this is not such a useful question when it comes to user interviews because it's so easily hijacked by cultural noise bias and several others (suggested reading: The Mom Test by Rob Fitzpatrick). Perhaps the concept of the tool as it is could be used for: -train a sales or customer service force on handling customer objections, -train negotiators to sharpen their skills and responses -train coaches (or any manager with coaching responsibilities) and even suicide prevention hotline workers on different strategies to approach conflict resolution. -train attorneys on litigation approaches. -train improv comedy performers. -anything that is currently being trained through awkward roleplaying, etc I guess I am more interested in the general concept than fascinated by the specific execution. It has some potential, not sure if for product feedback.

Very cool idea as getting product feedback is incredibly challenging. However, one thing I noticed for the concept I submitted was that ALL of the feedback was positive which actually ended up being less helpful than I thought. To help address this, I plugged the responses from the characters into ChatGPT and have it rank them. Maybe something to consider for a future iteration!
