Hey @hajongler @benln Really impressed with Fine's vision of streamlining software development! Automating tasks from planning to testing is a game changer I was thinking what if Fine integrates a feature that enables the tool to automatically detect and adapt to the developer's coding style preferences? This would not only improve the readability and maintainability of the generated code but also reduce the time developers spend on customizing or refactoring the AI-generated code to fit their style guidelines.

I've carefully reviewed the provided Terms & Conditions from your website. Based on the what is stated on website, there are several important considerations regarding the safety and protection of our codebase and intellectual property: User Data Access: By using the application, you are agreeing to give Fine AI access to your "code, algorithms, and Intellectual Property". This broad access, without clear limits and protections, poses risks to the confidentiality and control of your codebase. Confidentiality: While there is a clause stating Fine AI will keep user information confidential, it lacks specifics on their obligations and practices for safeguarding user code and IP. More robust confidentiality terms would be expected. Third Parties: Fine AI states as such use several third-party services (AWS, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc) to collect, host, store and process customer data. However, they disclaim liability for any damages caused by those third parties. This raises questions about the security of our codebase once shared with your platform. Disclaimers & Liability: The terms include very broad disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability in Fine AI's favor. You state the application is provided "AS IS" and disclaim responsibility for any damages, including data loss. This substantially limits my recourse if issues occur.
