Hey everyone! I'm Sidi, a 19 year-old guy from Mauritania, also the creator of Float UI, I'm passionate about Frontend development. Over a year ago, I started working on the first version of floatui.com, and I worked hard to ship it as soon as possible so people can start using it in their projects, the idea wasn't to build a library with complex things, where you'll need to install it, and reading the documentation on how to use something there ...etc, but I liked to keep it simple as possible, and let developers copy the code to build their own internal library using Tailwind CSS utility classes. My goal for Float UI is to make it the best way to build UIs for any kind of projects using any modern JS framework, and to give the contributors the opportunity to make money by just contributing to it.
