Oh, that's awesome! I totally get it, I sometimes get tired of scheduling events in my calendar as well. I'll definitely give it a try! Thank you for creating fwd2cal.

When needs arise, makers respond – you're absolutely right. I've experienced this several times myself, and it's indeed a more than useful solution. Upvoted. What do you think of what I'm creating? I'll be launching it on Saturday. Our mission is to help brands and creators significantly increase the engagement of their audience on social media through gamification mechanics and social farming.

Cheers on the launch 🚀 This seems like a product Reddit/hackernews would equally love or at least give good feedback on :) I look forward to testing it shortly

No more manual entries while I juggle invites across multiple emails. Great job on making this, Moe!

Nice idea! Really IS a hassle :) I will try it out. A short note on what would make me love this even more at a first glance: A happier/nicer looking icon :) It's just a way to show some care!

congratulations on the launch of fwd2cal, moe. it sounds like a much-needed solution for managing multiple invitations across various email accounts. the privacy aspect of not storing or logging emails adds a great layer of trust. since the tool is open-source, could you share a bit about how the community can contribute to the development or what features you might be seeking help with in the future? i'm curious about how it can evolve with input from other developers.

Absolutely upvoted! Organizing meetings without the usual back-and-forth. If it can turn a flood of emails into a neat calendar, then my inbox might finally look manageable. Plus, I'm all for privacy and not keeping logs of my chaotic scheduling emails. Curious question though – how does it handle those vague "let's meet up sometime next week" emails? Can it pick dates itself, or does it play it safe and wait for specifics? Would love to hear how it tackles the less-than-straightforward stuff.

Hey there, Really awesome tool you've developed @moeadham. Forwarding an email to create a calendar event is such a time-saver! Love that it's private and open source too. Quick question: How does the AI handle ambiguities in the email content, like multiple dates or times? Also, since it’s open source, are there any areas in the project you’re particularly hoping to see contributions/feedback from your users? Definitely trying this out—thanks for sharing!
