Glide is a document editor that makes converting product specs into technical designs faster and more collaborative. It improves the process by integrating with your code and using AI to generate a first pass, explain decisions, and explore alternatives.
The Unified Chat API with low-latency resilient routing and fallback strategies, including the least latency, round-robin, weighted round-robin, and priority-based options, is impressive. The addition of model-specific prompting adds a layer of customization, making it even more versatile for different needs. Excited to explore the "much more" that this API offers, and I can already see how it could significantly enhance communication and responsiveness in various applications.

Seems like an important tool so devs can focus their efforts on critical thinking tasks. I'd be really interested in a side by side study - give two devs the same task and see how much faster and more thorough the Glide's dev work is! Congratulations on the launch Agentic Labs!

Glide is an elegant bridge between human and AI programming. I’m not going to trust AI to write and ship complex (multi-file, multi-system, full-project, architecture-level) code on its own until there is another huge leap forward, sorry not sorry… Glide keeps the developer in the driver’s seat and not only improves their speed, but also their thought process and their relationship to the code base and product they are working on. While documenting every step. Fantastic

Glide helped me onboard and contribute to a new codebase 10x faster than I would have without it. Great tool

a copilot that helps leads and managers write design docs seems to be a must have. i think this is the only untouched area by automation and this can significantly save a lot of time for engineering leads. congrats on the launch @agentic

I use Glide to spec issues more quickly and accurately to an extent where they can be performed without as much and back and forth. AI seems best when it's placed into applications where it can be leveraged by humans and Glide is an exemplary example of that.

Super awesome to see this! I've tried to use Cursor in README.md files in this way but it doesn't really work that well

Glide sounds like a game-changer for GenAI apps! I'm really intrigued by the low-latency resilient routing and fallback strategies. Can you share any examples of how these strategies improve performance in real-world scenarios? Also, have you considered integrating with popular chat platforms like Slack or Discord to make it even more convenient for developers? Great job on this innovative solution!
