The idea is great and the product feels "good" to use like the apps it is trying to replace. I would say that the price is tad expensive for smaller companies - maybe there are some other ways (like the seat option) to "tax" larger companies. The $200/month for Custom domains seem well yea pricy :D Nice product overall!
