HelloDeco is a Notion integration that provides you with an "@deco.so" email address that delivers directly to your Notion workspace. Receive attachments, reply from Notion, and build your inbox the way you want it!
Deco is sweet. Since it's built right into Notion the options for what you can do with it are nearly unlimited. For example, you could forward select newsletters to your deco email to read later. The possibilities for automating support and collaborating with a team are also super intriguing.

Upon using HelloDeco, I found that it delivers on its promise of being a functional email client. The direct integration with the rest of the Notion ecosystem is a major benefit, and I can see how it could be useful for organizing various workflows and processes. Congrats on the launch!

Matt here; cofounder of HelloDeco 🫶 Tyler and I created HelloDeco because everything else we do is in Notion - so why shouldn’t email be too? Email is just one more app to check and move data to/from. With Hellodeco you connect it to Notion once and then just…gtf out of gmail. Hellodeco currently allows you to reply to emails directly from within Notion and we have plans to enable sending directly from Notion as well. (Half of the code for this feature may be written already… let us know if you would be interested in this feature and we’ll ship it 😘) Besides that here are a few of the features I’m most proud of: - HTML to Notion block converter. This means that your emails arrive in Notion formatted, with styles and images like you would expect in any other email inbox. This was the most challenging component to build, partially due to limitations of the Notion API and partially because plain HTML allows for a lot more flexibility than Notion blocks. - Direct (secure) attachment download links. This part was challenging as well since we wanted to allow attachment access directly from emails, but also needed to ensure those files are not publicly accessible. We landed on an approach that only allows you to download/access an attachment file if you have a special signed URL to that specific file. We’re really excited to see how you use Deco. Drop us a note if you have feature requests or feedback 🙂
