Cool idea. Seems like an actual good use for AI since it's good for analysing unique needs and distilling them down to a summary of needs.

HireAI is a great tool that provides a unique solution for those looking to hire top developers. It's so easy to use and time-efficient, with no need to manually search or screen resumes. Great work, development team! I'm wondering if you're planning on expanding the hiring options in your product beyond just developers.

Where do you source your 250,000 remote developers from? Do they have to sign up on your website or are you pulling their profiles/resume from sites like LinkedIn, indeed etc? If later, do developers have choice to opt out from being their profiles scraped?
