Fantastic, intuitive website. In addition to regular hires, we can definitely use this to improve interviews during our contracting process. Any concern about potential interviewees using the free trial to try to anticipate their questions? Just a thought--could be a non-issue. Maybe that's just part of their interview preparation...

Not bad at all! I thought based on the site it's best geared towards more junior/functional hires, but just generated questions for a Head of Technology req and it's actually not too bad :) Can't wait to try more!

Really promising! For better or worse, all but the largest companies throw existing staff onto interview loops without much training or structure. As such, assessments and hiring decisions really can swing wildly based on the composition of the interviewers conducting the assessment. Hireguide's push to providing lessons learned, handrails, and standard document trails goes a long way to helping interviewers and organizations adopt a continuous improvement mindset to their interview processes.
