This is awesome. It would be cool to have the ability to save questions. I imagine this could be incredibly insightful if connected to anonymized Metaview interview data as well (eg this question highly correlates with success). Love seeing this launch and excited for more like this!

This is great use, I find that I am generally quite bad at interviewing and selecting candidates to be part of my team and so most of the time have to bring in someone to support in those moments. Is there any plan to also score candidates on the basis of soft and hard skill as well ?

@s16h and @nicholas_mayhew I have really enjoyed exploring hiring.studio's copilot so far. Major props for getting this shipped so quickly! The possibilities ahead are truly exciting. I believe the features on the roadmap, especially the ability to tailor questions to our company's story and values, will be a game changer.
