Interviews suck. They're the most subjective form of assessment ever, especially in tech. Your first two interviews are often with HRs who know nothing about the required skills and know-how, yet they have the power to approve or reject you based entirely on their personal preference and gut feeling. It would be so much better if, instead of talking to people who don't understand what you're discussing, you could just pass a personal assessment created by HunchAssess and then move forward in the interview process. Still, I'm sure people will try to game it, leading to a lot of false positives. How do you guys handle that?

I like the price point at which this product works could solve a lot of hiring headache for us although from a validation perspective what has success for other companies looked like that are using the platform?
