Super cool idea, Dalton! The first thing I thought of was, "How do we safeguard our IntelliPlugin generated plugins so they don't cause issues when WordPress is upgraded?" This might be a cool way to turn your offer into a subscription service. Also, I would pay extra if I knew there was a real coder double checking and supporting the code generated by IntelliPlugin.
