Journalling is a great daily practice and this template from Sumo takes it to the next level 🤩 Using AI to generate summaries allows you to focus on getting your words out without worrying about how they come out. My favourite thing about this template though is that it's mobile optimised. This is so often overlooked and is really important because you could decide to journal anywhere, anytime, and being able to do it on your phone is crucial.
