Awesome platform for managing customer service and sales inquiries off site. I've used shared inbox and social inbox tools before, but juphy is definitely a step up from most I have come across. The workflow is easy to get a hang of, and the management of different channels and brands is very intuitive. Juphy makes it easy to communicate with your team and customers in the same place so that social media managers and sales/support teams can collaberate in the same space, with their customers or prospects across a multitude of channels. This tool has helped me be more responsive and the mobile app allows me to answer inquiries or questions on the go. I highly recommend it, especially for entrepreneurs that wear 10 hats, or customer facing teams that have activity across multiple channels. I especially look for to the continued development of this saas. The founder has been great to early adopters and has continued to deliver on making improvements.
