TLDR; what a powerful tool! Kraftful GPT is the product coach I've been looking for. Product Management is, in my observation, nuanced across industries and companies. We could all use some constructive coaching to help us improve as PMs. My Approach: I started with a long, detailed prompt outlining a problem I've observed in the past with a B2B SaaS company I worked for. I struggled there with HIPPOs dictating the roadmap and backlog stemming from issues related to organizational culture and risk aversion, especially from leadership and sales teams. Results: After providing initial context via a detailed prompt, and Kraftful GPT providing a solid list of suggestions (some of which had been implemented), I then added more context. The suggestions that came back were iteratively more nuanced. And that continued with more detail and context. I then asked the GPT to create a plan based on one of the suggestions, and it came back with some creative ideas to execute. Suggestions for more awesomeness: Coaching requires accountability. Coaches must challenge their clients to take action on things that lead to potential improvement. For example, Coach Prime is holding his team of college football players to a high standard and he expects them to follow through. He follows up with his athletes and pushes them to greatness. What if Kraftful could hold us accountable by following up on specific action items it suggested and the user agreed to do? This might look like an SMS to the user saying something like "Hey Josh, did you do the task we discussed? What was the outcome? Do you have any questions?" etc. I could see this feature enabled as a premium option to a paid subscription.
