Woah. Whatsapp groups are amazing for building communities and nurturing audiences, while also feeling more personal than Slack. For now at least, this looks like a really powerful tool. Good luck and congrats on the launch! 🚀

Hi there, I've been using tools like this and WhatsApp has blocked my customer service number, what is the difference between your platform and others that already exist on the market?

@istiakahmad this is a great idea! i see products that are quite similar to each other but this one is unique and very important for companies that use Whatsapp for customer coms. You should try to validate in LATAM, as they are very strong in using Whatsapp - the strongest ones. Success !

I have been to your website, watched your video, saw the comments, and even saw this tool mentioned on tooltalk... ... but I still have NO CLUE WHAT THIS DOES. 1. Does this tool allow me to send bulk Whatsapp messages to contacts I upload? If yes, how does Meta come into the picture? 2. What happens when I send cold messages to 1000 people and 10-15% mark it as spam? Does Meta ban me? Does this impair my ability to send further messages? 3. What businesses/messages are allowed with this? Same rules as Meta advertising? 4. How does retargeting work? Is it dependent on Meta? For such a "powerful" tool, I am surprised you haven't made the details clear, or shown a demo of the actual messaging, retargeting, etc... ... maybe hire a PM?
