Love it - used it for 3 years -high volume ( 75k conversaitons) - if magic reply goes live - needs to learn to generate responses from info uploaded in the crisp help-desk as well - otherwise, is a half baked solution - still - givining it a vote :D great work ! @baptistejamin

I have a personal experience with this tool. It helps our team in many ways: I do not have to write the same thing 1000 times. There are shortcuts, so if the answer repeats, you can save it for later use. Also, there is a Live translation in many languages. If people ask so often (and they do), you can create your FAQ site. Thanks to Crisp. And edit feature after sending an email is also TOP. You can recreate the email until will be delivered to the receiver's mailbox. And now, the AI feature? Guys, you are pretty awesome!

The game while waiting for a response is brilliant, but that isn't even the best part, I love the free version. I have a small start up and that version will do wonders. It's a brilliant way to get yourself out there, plus the chat experience is nice.
