I'm from the Philippines and I can't seem to register my phone number. It would be really helpful if you have the country options beside the XXX-XXX-XXXX format. Thanks!

MealByMeal offers a convenient platform for meal planning, but there's potential for growth. While the concept is promising, the recipe database might benefit from further expansion to cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. Improving customization options and adding more features could enhance its overall appeal. Nonetheless, it's a solid foundation for simplifying meal organization.

Congratulations on this great product! This app sounds like a game changer to me. 🚀 Tracking calories and macros was always a challenge for me with other apps like MyFitnessPal because it was very time consuming. I'm curious if there is a way to plan meals in advance. For example, if I want to eat "xyz" tomorrow, is there a feature that allows me to figure out how much I can eat to hit my calorie and macro goals? It would also be interesting if the AI could give me tips on, for example, tips on protein-rich products, assisting me in fulfilling my protein requirements. 🤔 Are there any plans to support phone numbers outside the US?

This is super awesome. I'm bigger than I've ever been and I have a lot of self doubt... this might be a perfect addition to what I need to keep me motivated.

Super innovative in how minimalistic it is! Super streamlined w/o an app and just relying on texting alone. This solves the problem of friction in macro tracking which was my #1 problem. I'm going to try this out, this is like quick capture for the macro-tracking world lmao. We recently launched a product also focused on quick capture, but in the note-taking space. Excited to try and give feedback! It wasn't immediately obvious to me because I just wasn't used to texting for macro tracking, but this is so innovative. edit: I also second that breakdowns for the food item components that led to the calculation would be helpful. eg if i mention two items and get one calculation, i want a confirmation of the items that its using to calculate.

This genuinely sounds like a great idea, especially for someone who struggles in maintaining a balanced and predictable diet. The integration via text is also a brilliant idea, will definitely try it.

This kind of app really worries me, since calorie counting is a dangerous kind of behavior that reenforces eating disorders… I can understand tracking meals to make sure you’re getting enough variety and all the nutrients you need. But I’m a firm believer that the risks of calorie counting far outweigh the possible benefits (if you’re actually eating excessively to an unhealthy amount, or eating too much oily sugary stuff and such, you probably know that you are, without needing to quantify it exactly). Well… I guess the app just isn’t for me. I’m just scared that incorporating AI into it to make calorie counting easier and quicker has the potential to amplify its harm further.

Would be cool to also send pictures and you could parse them with image recognition models.
