Moonvalley has by far the best video generation quality. The only drawback is slow generation time, which can be somewhere between 1-3 minutes or longer.

The best AI text 2 video I've ever tested! The videos are very smooth and the movements of the characters created are extraordinarily realistic! Excellent choice between different styles such as Comic Book, Anime, Realism etc... I'm curious to see where it will go because it is currently in the betatesting phase and can still improve. Top!

These @moonvalley guys have made it so, so easy. Often I just want to do a thing quickly, lay down an idea....and i've found this to be my goto for those moments. I'd pay premium for longer clips. But for now, to capture the gist of an idea or bits of an animatic... this is perfect and simple and quick.
