Nervy uses approachable exercises to lower stress levels, wake you up from a midday slump, or help you fall asleep. Unlike meditation, Nervy uses the mind-body connection to trick your brain into calming down or waking up.
The concept of using mind-body exercises is interesting, but I’m curious about how effective these methods are compared to traditional meditation for stress relief.

I like the concept, but I wonder if the exercises are backed by scientific research. It would be great to see some evidence on how well they work for calming down or waking up.
