Congrats Brady. I'm personally very passionate about self efficacy and using the tools of CBT to unlock the potential for change in individuals. Especially in an environment where mental health needs are so critical yet access is out of reach to most people. I've personally worked with Jack Trimpey who created Rational Recovery and I'm a big advocate for decoding the underlying conditions that lead to addictive behavior in the first place. Understandjng those root causes and the mechanics of addiction can be incredibly empowering to create lasting change. I've downloaded the App and will give it a go for the trial period.
