When a bank card is blocked abroad or a flight is cancelled, people need one call to work. U.S. 1-800 numbers often don't connect from foreign phones, and Skype Credit is gone. PayCall places the call from your browser over WiFi or mobile data. Enter the number or pick one of the free guides with official numbers for U.S. and Canadian banks, airlines, insurers and government agencies, see the price, and call. Every call starts in Hold for me: the microphone is off and waiting in the queue costs $0.09/min, while you still hear the music and the menus. Turn the microphone on to talk at $0.39/min. Billing is per second, there is no subscription and unanswered calls are free. Credits can be added during a live call without hanging up. If a call didn't help, whatever the reason, you can refund it in your account within 24 hours (up to $3 per call, 2 instantly plus 1 on request). PayCall doesn't record calls. U.S. and Canada only; no emergency calls, SMS or incoming numbers.
