From legal agreements to financial reports, PDF.ai gives your documents some AI superpowers. You can ask questions, get summaries, find information, and more.
I'd love to give this a good go, but it couldn't get going on my ~923 page PDF file of <10MB.

Cool, finally legal papers will start making more sense for me :) Now, what languages would it support? Also, what LLM do you integrate with?

The app is overall extremely buggy and has way too many red flags in my opinion. i would not trust uploading any sort of data that you wouldn’t be comfortable having public. 0 info on site about how it is handled. Once code interpreter is public from chatgpt this becomes a worse version of it. I hate to rain on the parade but locking in at the prices offered today will not age well.

Yesterday the document upload had some problems but now it works perfectly! Really, the quality of the answers doesn't even compare to ChatPDF or damngood.tools! Additionally, PDF.ai is currently a one-time-payment for life instead of paying again and again every month. Only two things annoy me a bit (hopefully easily fixed): 1. It strips all newlines. When the answer contains a list for example, it's very hard to read. If you add an API reference and ask for example code, the code is broken and not automatically fixable because of the missing newlines. 2. If the answer contains code, the AI already escapes it using ``` CODE HERE ```. It would be awesome to add a code block for this (maybe even with a programming language picker that remembers the language per chat).

Been watching the whole story behind PDF.AI. Got to say it's brilliant. Thanks for inspiring us Damon.

I don't know which model you have been using. The responses are really bad. Can't even tell company name from it's financial report. Also, on another note if you are using gpt-3.5 turbo. I am wondering how you will be able to sustain recurring openAI charges with a 99$ lifetime pdf.ai plan.

I love this product and my view is it will be a gamechanger on how we are able to use our documents in our daily activities. Having an AI doing the work for you is just but a revolution. Let's get this product.

I purchase the lifetime subscription and I'm not happy. I've been struggling for quite some time to get some help with a few documents and the responses have been mostly useless. I've tried to simplify my requests to the most simple questions I can think of, such as how many questions are on a page and it doesn't seam to even understand what a question is. This image should demonstrate how frustrating this is: <a href="https://prnt.sc/Mqw7epWzP6Us" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://prnt.sc/Mqw7epWzP6Us</a>.

PDF.ai is a good help for anyone who needs to summarise or find content in large PDFs. It's fast, easy to use, and has a seamless chat feature that allows you to ask questions about your PDF and get concise answers.

Sadly this app doe not work - after wasting an hour or so and using four different PDFs the app did not work. Error -= Failed to Fetch Document No stars but there is no such option - so One star for me
