This reminds me of Rise, which i had hit or miss success with, but I'm going to give this a try! I definitely want to do more sleep optimization. How does it track my sleep?

Such an important area where the right data can make a huge difference. At Shimmer, our members are adults with ADHD (that struggle with sleep, circadian rhythm, etc.) so we think about this problem a lot! Would love to connect offline, but curious from an app perspective, how the UX works—what things are detected automatically and what things need manual input? A challenge for our community is manual input and remembering to do that! Anyhow, congrats on the launch!
