Over the past few years, my team and I have been developing a browser-based design tool. In the early stages of launch, we often encountered numerous glitches and bugs. One challenge has been how to efficiently collect user error reports and feedback. For many users, using native recording tools or browser performance recording utilities to send bug reports can be quite cumbersome. Having looked at your product, it seems like it could effectively solve this problem. I'm looking forward to using it!
