Quidget.ai has potential, but unfortunately, it falls short in several areas. While it aims to provide a robust platform for creating chatbots, the interface can be confusing, and the documentation isn’t always helpful. I also experienced performance issues with slow load times and occasional errors during integrations, especially with platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp. The customization options are limited, which can be frustrating if you need more flexibility. Lastly, for the price, there are more reliable alternatives available. With improvements, Quidget could be much more competitive.
