In late 2022, RedNevada.AI performed extensive market research into how AI technology could benefit the recruitment life cycle from initial job description through to placement. The research showed that the recruitment process can be very time and labour intensive and that success rates per applicant are directly related to the quality and accuracy of the work put in. The team at RedNedava.AI set out to use AI technologies to significantly increase the efficiency of this process and to help achieve a much higher applicant success rate. I think the most difficult task connected to hiring process is to choose the person that is not only qualified on the paper but also has practical skills and will be a good value added to the team 🙌🏼 Process itself is extremely time consuming! It sure does bring marked efficiency and precision. Achieving a 60% increase in job-candidate alignment is notable. How does RAI handle data privacy, especially with recorded interviews? My opinion is integrating a comprehensive data protection protocol can further cement trust among its diverse clientele. Upvoted!!
