I've been using Resonoon, and it's absolutely incredible! I love how seamless the experience is, and I'm definitely planning to incorporate it into our future projects. The platform really stands out. đź’ˇ Quick question: Do you offer an API for more advanced integration? Also, how can we update the data or customize the bot responses as we expand our usage? adding force request like email and mobile at the first of conversation ? can the same client when back the ai remember his cases ? transfer the chats to CRM?

What I like about this idea is that Slava built it not out of nowhere but as a tool to make his own business grow and be more effective.
