How do you ensure that the AI remains unbiased and effective across various industry-specific hiring contexts? I guess on of the biggest challenge

Hey @whoisrade - congratulations on the launch! The idea itself is pretty decent. I have some concerns/questions that might help get some clarity around the product and help us, potential customers, understand the UVP better. Questions: 1. Did you train your model on the decision-making process of a recruiter? If yes, did you train it based on some proprietary or third-party data aiming to replicate a specific recruitment processes? Details would help here a lot. 2. If you haven't used any of your own training data, does that mean it's wrapped around ChatGPT? 3. As a potential enterprise client, is it safe to use this product from a GDPR perspective, ensuring that the resume data it's trained on does not jeopardize the GDPR compliance of candidates whose data it's trained on? Thanks!

Hiring is in deep need of an extreme overhaul. I'm a big fan of using AI for things like this. Big question, though (and maybe a tough one - sorry!): There have been a lot of stories of bias being built into AI tools. How have you avoided that here?

This is an interesting and great concept because it eliminates the unavoidable bias that comes with the human mind. Any bias that even the most professional human has will be eliminated and people will have the opportunity to be looked at solely by their merits and work.
