Shared sounds fantastic, especially given the range of training types. I have one suggestion, provide a function that tracks recuperation time and proposes rest days based on workout intensity. I believe this could help reduce burnout.

@charliehale Congratulation on your product launch 🚀. I admire the design patterns of SHRED, and I believe my background in User centered design aligns well with your team’s needs. Will you be needing a Product Designer?

Sounds like an incredible tool for breaking through fitness plateaus and keeping workouts fresh. How does the AI-driven personalization work when adapting to different training styles like Bulk or CrossShred? Can users see how their workouts evolve over time based on their progress? Looking forward to giving it a try

Congrats on the launch @charliehale ! I currently do my own workout routine and use Apple Notes to track my lifting progress. After seeing your app, definitely believe it's time to upgrade from that :) will give SHRED a swirl!

Nice! Looks appealing, even though I prefer if the background is white. Was wondering if the app is suitable for those who exclusively use bodyweight and resistance bands?

I’m impressed by its feature set and user-friendly interface. Can anyone share how it integrates with existing systems? I am curious to know more about its compatibility and real-world applications.

I'm loving SHRED! It's so convenient to have my workouts planned for me. I could probably do it myself, but I find that I push myself harder when the app is telling me what to do vs myself. My wife has noticed the progress I've made in the past few months. I've tried some of the other workout apps out there, but their workouts were too easy and I didn't push me as hard as I needed.

Congratulations on the launch, Charlie. 🚀It appears to be filled with features that will help users break through fitness plateaus. It's remarkable how much thought has gone into each aspect.
