This is so cool - especially the fact that it works on Intercom! Just submitted our request :)

Congrats on launching Spryngtime! I love how it harnesses the power of ChatGPT to streamline customer support and onboarding. 💡 I have some questions: 1) How does Spryngtime ensure data privacy when accessing internal knowledge? 2) Can businesses customize Spryngtime's response style to match their brand voice? 3) What's the typical time needed for Spryngtime to train on a company's documentation? Keep up the fantastic work! 🚀

Interesting concept, how does Spryngtime handle more complex inquiries beyond general FAQs? Excited to see how it streamlines our customer support process.

Congrats on the launch @azianmike! Is this meant for external customers only? Could it work for internal use cases also? Say, I'm on the HR team and constantly get slack messages that could be answered by reading our internal benefits wiki. Could this be hooked up to help with my own personal productivity?

This is super cool. We used to always have 50+ tickets in the queue before the day ends. This would save a lot of time

I love that it is able to train based on the website first, this saves a huge amount of time. A quick question: can I also throw some not yet published docs?
