Hi Product Hunt community šš¼ Meet Stow, your built-in virtual assistant, for the whole team. Stow allows you to make room for what matters. āBuilt-in? What does that meanā āVirtual assistant? Isnāt that ChatGPT?ā āHow will it work for the whole team?ā This is probably a selection of the questions running through your head right now šµāš« After talking to over 50+ users about their struggles with team productivity, a few themes started to appear: ā”ļø Everyone has tried multiple productivity and project management tools, and scaling across teams is painful. š¤ ā”ļø Endless new applications = endless notifications. š£ ā”ļø Key personal and business information āslips through the cracksā because of the above two reasons. š With Stow, we aim to change that. Now letās break down our tagline again: āBuilt-inā š² Stow isnāt another productivity app you install - we sit in the apps you spent most of your time. For our first iteration, that means in your communication tools, like WhatsApp. āVirtual assistantā š We call ourselves a virtual assistant because, initially, we will offer the workflows managed by an actual virtual assistant: that means meeting creation, task management, and reminding you when you need to action on them. We plan to scale this with specific use cases based on user need, and are eager to dive into those workflows during user conversations (reach out if you would like to get involved!) āFor the whole teamā šš¬ Everyone has personal preference for the productivity and communication tools they use - and we arenāt here to change that. Think of our web app as a āpersonal control planeā: you define what is important (in the style of top productivity methodologies), and configure when you want to notified.
