Hi Product Hunt! My name is Matt and I'm one of the founders of Superchart. We started Superchart because we thought it was too hard to make charts for our (otherwise) no code projects. We operate as a studio, so we build lots of projects. A lot of our projects had an opportunity to include data visualizations to strengthen the value proposition. We searched for a tool where we could easily configure and create lightweight summary metrics, control the look and feel, and embed. But never found a tool we liked. Some focus on data design, but don't enable any sort of pivoting or aggregation of the data. This leaves you in a 'template-first' approach, which is useful but not for all use cases. Some focus on heavier duty analysis, but often leave design by the wayside and are too complex for simple aggregations. We needed something lightweight, but powerful enough to let us create aggregate measures. Yet well short of a BI tool. So we built Superchart! Superchart lets you connect to Airtable (with more data sources coming soon), aggregate and pivot your data, select a visualization, and then get an embed code.
