The current product offer is aimed 100% at employers. Perhaps this is my bias as a person with a developer background, but it seems to me that success will depend on the second part of the proposal as well, the proposal for engineers, which still looks hidden. Why will talented developers come to your platform specifically? I think it's worth communicating it!

This is a game changer! Anything that reduces friction in hiring is much needed. Also cool the speed/ design of this is more in line with the fast-moving social media apps we're used to as consumers. Why read long resumes / linkedin profile when you can kind of just swipe!
