Interesting concept indeed! One question: What happens if someone who is staying at my home damages something. How is that taken care of? In your FAQ, you do say "we can facilitate connections with insurers allowing members can opt for insurance coverage", but are there really insurance companies who have policies for such cases? If you can cover these and a few similar concerns, nothing is stopping you from an exponential growth. Also, user support matters, but I trust you guys will do that!
