Looks like a cheaper alternative of Zendesk. Are there any major key differences? Also how many funding rounds have you raised if any? couldn't find a lot of information.

I literally dreamed of this a couple of days ago, I am glad I am not going crazy and others do struggle with the complexity of using multiple channels to service customers!
