Usermaven has been in use for over a year. I switched to it when Google Analytics became unnecessarily complicated. I have been very satisfied, the program shows the situation at a glance and it is really easy to create new goals and explore paths. Big recommendation. I also connect it to my own clients' analytics.

UserMaven is a great analytics alternative if you want something light & easy to implement and use. Even my clients can view reports and understand the metrics as they are not overwhelming as others like Google Analytics. Solid team, constant upgrades and ease of use. I would recommend if you need a no cookie and basic analytics for your website. Great option for agencies too. You can manage many clients within your dashboard.

I never understood analytics and it's implementation. Usermaven instantly makes sense for most of the part, the only thing that is a bit complex still is how to implement product analytics code into a shop. But in general I understand what the purpose is and how all data should and could be used. Highly recommend this tool for any company that is serious into funnels and stats from source to destination analysis in conjunction with another tool from the same devs called replug.io
