The team has worked tirelessly over the past several weeks to tie all of the upgrades we've made over the last couple of years into the worlds best generative analysis engine. The AI is so smart! We recently did a demo report on Peloton iOS and Android app reviews, and one of my favorite themes that it detected was the complaint: "Inability to Preload Classes" and it points to the fact that mobile users can't download the class, which really effects peloton users with low bandwidth or who are exercising outside. If I was a PM at Peloton, I'd use this info to build a preload or "saved classes" feature. And the cool thing is, I didn't read a single review myself. The AI took it all in, broke it up into these actionable themes, and got me up to speed with Peloton's user feedback in no time flat.
